Owner, Bill Fitzgerald established the Home Inspection Company in 1982. Since its inception, he has personally inspected over 8,000 homes in Massachusetts. Bill is a licensed as a Home Inspector by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He also holds a Construction Supervisors licenses and is a member in good standing with the American Society of Home Inspectors, (ASHI).
